I've been waiting at the bus stop for years. I'm just waiting for a kind bus to cajole me in.

Once in a while a bus stops in front of me, but just as I set foot on its stairs, it closes its doors and hits the highway.

I wonder what I did wrong... If I pushed them away, I didn't mean to.

You did nothing wrong. They're utterly foolish to hit the highway when you're about to ride.

I've been waiting at the bus stop for years.maybe you ought to find another bus stop! sometimes, its better to walk than to ride! walking gives you time to think and exercise! =D
